This is a leadership role in Aidoc’s core AI group, which develops cutting-edge AI solutions that transform medical imaging and diagnostics. As a Team Lead in the AI Algorithm Engineering group, you’ll be leading a team of top-tier algorithm engineers—supporting their growth as professionals and as people, and helping build a strong, trusting, high-performing team.
You’ll help shape and execute the team’s roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with product and business goals. You’ll also collaborate closely with product managers, clinical experts, and engineering stakeholders. While your primary focus is on people and execution, you’ll stay hands-on, contributing directly when needed to solve complex challenges and lead by example.
