About this role

Aidoc’s product team is looking for an experienced Senior Platform Product Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling one of the most impactful AI platforms in healthcare. This role is core to our ability to deliver value in live hospital environments, at massive scale with quality and efficiency.

As the Senior Platform Product Manager for Infrastructure, you will lead initiatives focused on the scalability, reliability, and quality of our AI platform (aiOS). You will own the product vision and roadmap that ensure our platform can support thousands of hospitals and process tens of millions of patient exams every year, with the performance and robustness required for mission-critical medical workflows.

You will work closely with R&D, peer product managers, Delivery, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver core infrastructure capabilities that make Aidoc easy to deploy, operate, and scale. In parallel, you will define success metrics and KPIs for platform health, including performance, uptime, and efficiency, helping drive technical excellence and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.

This is a highly technical product leadership role for someone who wants to shape the foundation of an AI platform that directly impacts patient care, clinicians, and hospital systems worldwide.

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze platform scalability needs and translate them into a roadmap and priorities.
Define feature requirements for the platform infrastructure, working closely with R&D to ensure the platform supports tens of millions of patient records efficiently.
Define key performance indicators and data analytics projects to measure platform quality, uptime, and efficiency.
Manage the release of infrastructure capabilities that impact thousands of hospitals, analyzing feedback and performance metrics.
Support internal stakeholders (other PMs, sales, delivery) by ensuring the platform foundation allows them to deliver value to customers.
Maintain quality standards required for a medical device AI platform at scale.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of product management experience
Enterprise SW Product Management experience - must
Proven experience in leading highly technical development projects, related to platform infrastructure or scalability.
Prior experience in SW development or a data analytics role - advantage.
Tech savvy, highly analytical, data driven and self-motivated
Experience in healthcare or Imaging IT - an advantage
Engineering/similar science degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Top-notch presentation skills
