About this role
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the design, building, and maintenance of the core infrastructure underpinning our cloud platform.
This role involves tackling challenging, large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on ensuring organizational reliability, scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own Infrastructure projects end-to-end, from research and design to implementation and rollout.
- Lead Infrastructure improvements around high availability, resiliency, performance and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that upgrade our infra posture.
- Collaborate with other engineers to define standards, patterns and platform roadmap.
- Serve as a technical expert in infrastructure decisions and a driver of engineering excellence.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps in large-scale infrastructure companies.
- Passion for elegant and effective technological solutions.
- Independent learning capability and curiosity without boundaries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently.
- Technical requirements:
- Advanced experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency with IaC Frameworks such as Terraform and Terragrunt, CDK
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD)
