About this role

The strategic and results-oriented AI Transformation Consultant will use specialization in a clinical discipline to understand the nuances of prospective health systems' clinical workflows, developing tailored sales strategies for the specific service lines, and effectively pitching our AI-powered solutions to gain support from specialty providers and administrators.In this role, the AI Transformation Consultant will use a commanding knowledge of cutting-edge AI technology and its application in the fields of Radiology, Neurosciences, Cardiovascular Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and more to drive revenue attainment.

Responsibilities

A. Understanding Workflows and Pain Points:

  • Meet key clinical providers and administrators to gain insights into existing workflow challenges, current solutions in use, and service line clinical and financial priorities.
  • Create a recommended offering of Aidoc AI-powered solutions and custom workflows to address each service line's needs and capture the most clinical and financial value.

B. Pitching Tailored Offerings:

  • Develop a targeted positioning and sales strategy for the service line of each targeted prospect health system.
  • Adjust the key presentations to align with the specific needs and objectives of each health system, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions.
  • Deliver the pitch in each of those key meetings to excite the key clinical personas in the meeting about the value we can provide them and differentiation in relation to their current products and or those in the market that they're considering.

C. Leading Follow-Up Meetings and In-Depth Discussions:

  • Create diverse pathways into the department to avoid dependency on a single physician or executive leader
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to gain support and buy-in for the proposed solutions.
  • Lead follow-up meetings to address their remaining questions and concerns.
  • Present detailed analyses and business cases demonstrating the financial returns and long-term value of implementing the proposed solutions within the health system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare consulting, workflow optimization, or similar roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of patient flow, clinical operations, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and challenge diverse stakeholders, including opinionated clinicians.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  •  Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
