About this role

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition domain, ensuring successful planning & execution of talent acquisition strategies and achievement of recruitment goals aligned with company values. They will provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team. The TA team manager will also partner with all key stakeholders to refine recruitment efforts to the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage: Provide clear direction, and ongoing feedback and develop team members.

Recruitment Strategy (IL): Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract and hire top talent to the organization. Identify hiring needs, forecast staffing needs and develop plans to attract highly qualified candidates.

TA Analytics: Define and monitor TA KPIs and hiring metrics to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement. Develop reports to create ongoing transparency to senior leadership.

Candidate experience: Ensure an engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process, representing the company's values and culture.

Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure a comprehensive, efficient recruitment process.

Leverage TA systems/platforms: Upgrade processes around current ATS systems and supporting platforms.

Develop & optimize hiring channels: Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to leverage their expertise and resources.

Keep up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Talent Acquisition and HR projects - anything to get us around what is going on in the market and what we can do to improve our candidate experience and hiring process.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading hiring, scale up& TA teams.
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Prior experience recruiting for rapidly growing organizations, including strategy and metrics.
  • Excellent communication (Hebrew and leadership skills with the ability to create and flourish long-term relationships with executives, peers, and employees.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Comeet- a huge asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic work environment- prioritize and meet tight timelines. 
  • High level spoken and written Hebrew & English- a must, ability to work collaboratively in a global work environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
