Learn more →At Aidoc Medical Ltd. (“Aidoc“, “we“, “us“), we greatly respect your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Data when you apply for a job with us, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
We collect your contact details, CV, and information related to or included in your job application. In addition to the information you provide directly, we may also collect Personal Data about you from third-party sources, such as recruitment agencies, publicly available professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn), or through our proactive sourcing efforts.
We collect the following categories of Personal Data: identifiers (e.g., full name, email address, phone number), professional or employment-related information (e.g., CV/resume, cover letter, role you are applying for, interview notes, results of technical assessments, professional references, recommendations, salary expectations, compensation history, background check information (where permitted by and in accordance with applicable law), educational background, qualifications, certifications, right to work documentation, and performance evaluations), and any other Personal Data you choose to provide.
Note: If you apply for a US-based position, we may ask you to provide certain demographic information to assist Aidoc in fulfilling its legal reporting obligations.
Where we collect Sensitive Personal Data (such as certain demographic data for diversity and equal opportunity monitoring), we will do so only with your explicit consent or if required by law.
We use your data to evaluate your candidacy, manage the recruitment process, and communicate with you. We may further process your information for internal business purposes, such as improving and optimizing our recruitment processes, and as permitted by applicable law. Where possible, we will use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for these purposes.
Your Personal Data is collected to review your application, assess you as a candidate, and communicate with you regarding your job application.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may utilize AI tools to assist our Talent Acquisition team in optimizing the recruitment process. This AI serves strictly to support the evaluation process and does not make any final hiring decisions nor automatically rejects applications. All final decisions are made by our human recruiters and hiring managers. For detailed information on how this technology works, please review our AI Notice for Candidates.
Legal Basis if GDPR is applicable: Processing is necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and for our legitimate interests in managing an efficient recruitment process (including the use of AI as an assistive tool). If we would process Sensitive Personal Data or use automated decision-making, we would rely on your explicit consent.
Providing your data is voluntary, but required for us to properly evaluate and process your application and to make an informed decision.
We only share your data with trusted service providers that help us manage our recruitment process. We do not “sell” or “share” your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA.
Your data may be stored and processed in the US, Israel, and other locations where Aidoc operates.
We store personal data in secure locations within the United States, Israel and the EU. Where we transfer your Personal Data outside of your country of origin we ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws through appropriate privacy frameworks, data protection standards and contractual safeguards; European Commission’s Adequacy Decision (for processing of EU-originated Personal Data in Israel); and Aidoc Inc. certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
For more information regarding our commitment to the DPF Principles and the specific transfer mechanisms, please review our Data Privacy Framework Notice.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, in accordance with applicable laws. For more information about Aidoc’s data security position you can read here.
We retain your data for the duration of the recruitment process and for a limited period afterward.
We retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to assess your application. If you are not selected for the position, we will retain your data for a limited period (typically 12–24 months) to consider you for future suitable roles.
Where you provide your explicit consent, we may retain your Personal Data in our candidate database for an additional period in order to assess your suitability for future job opportunities at Aidoc and to contact you in this regard; this consent is not a condition for your participation in the current recruitment process and may be withdrawn at any time.
In any event, we may retain your data for up to 10 years where necessary to defend against potential legal claims, all in accordance with our internal data retention policy and applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data.
You may have the following privacy rights: right to review the Personal Data we retain about you; right to request the correction or deletion of such data if you find it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated.
Additionally, under the GDPR you have the right to restrict processing in certain circumstances; right to data portability (receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format); right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing); and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under applicable US state privacy laws (such as the CCPA in California), you may have the right to know what Personal Data we collect, request deletion or correction, limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
As further detailed in our Data Privacy Framework Notice, under certain conditions you may also have the right to invoke binding arbitration for unresolved complaints regarding DPF compliance.
