Human-Led Decisions (No Automated Rejections)
We want to be completely clear: this AI is strictly a recommendation tool. It is designed to empower our human recruiters, not replace them. Our Talent Acquisition team is trained to exercise independent judgment and is instructed not to rely solely on the AI’s outputs, ensuring effective human oversight throughout the process..
- The AI does not make any final hiring decisions.
- The AI does not have the ability to automatically reject your application.
- The use of this tool does not preclude or restrict you from applying directly to any open position at Aidoc.
Every final decision regarding your application, progression, and hiring is made personally by a Talent Acquisition specialist or the respective hiring manager.
