Aidoc’s Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Commitment

Aidoc maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of bribery and corruption across all of its operations.

Our organization strictly prohibits the offering, promising, giving, or authorizing of bribes, kickbacks, or any other improper benefits to secure an unfair advantage. This prohibition applies globally to all employees and representatives, and completely forbids facilitating payments of any kind, regardless of local customs. We are fully committed to complying with all applicable global anti-corruption laws and upholding impeccable business integrity in our business conduct.

As a prominent actor in the healthcare sector we require an unwavering commitment to transparency and clinical integrity. We strictly adhere to core US Healthcare Compliance regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and the False Claims Act (FCA), and equivalent laws in other territories in which we operate. We explicitly prohibit providing anything of value – such as gifts, entertainment, or financial incentives – to healthcare professionals, institutions, or government officials to improperly influence medical decisions, secure business, or induce referrals. All professional engagements with healthcare providers must always serve a legitimate business need and strictly reflect fair market value compensation. By adhering to these standards, we ensure that patient care and clinical outcomes are never compromised by financial conflicts of interest.

Our commitment to ethical business practices extends to all third-party partners, vendors, and representatives acting on our behalf. We require every entity doing business with us to share our dedication to integrity and to fully comply with our anti-corruption policies. To guarantee transparency, we require strict adherence to financial integrity regulations regarding the maintenance of accurate books and records. All transactions, expenses, and invoices must be completely and truthfully recorded in our accounting systems to prevent the concealment of improper payments. We may promptly terminate relationships with any third party that fails to uphold these critical compliance obligations.

Safeguarding our organizational integrity is a shared responsibility that demands continuous vigilance from anyone involved in our business – employees, partners, and external stakeholders; and strongly encourage to speak up and immediately report any suspected compliance violations. We provide secure reporting channels, including anonymous options, and we enforce a strict non-retaliation policy to protect anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
