Jerome Avondo is the Vice President of Clinical Research and Reimbursement at Aidoc. He leads the clinical research team, expanding the company's peer-reviewed clinical evidence to over 150 studies in collaboration with customers. This work supports robust ROI models that communicate the health economic impact of AI in clinical settings.
Prior to joining Aidoc, Avondo managed clinical science activities for product evidence and regulatory studies. He also held key roles designing advanced visualization and quantification software for medical imaging modalities like PET, SPECT, MRI and CT.
Avondo holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and a PhD, and he's passionate about driving transformative outcomes in biomedical imaging.
