2025 was an incredible year for Aidoc, marked by transformational product launches, industry recognition and, most importantly, demonstrable clinical impact across health systems worldwide. As the clinical AI landscape matures, Aidoc continues to lead the charge, moving beyond point solutions to deliver enterprise-wide AI that truly transforms patient care and operational efficiency.

This year, Aidoc made massive strides in product development, cementing our position at the forefront of healthcare AI innovation. Here are two of the biggest announcements we shared:

Introducing CARE™: The Clinical AI Reasoning Engine
Earlier this year, we unveiled our next-gen foundation model CARE™, the Clinical AI Reasoning Engine. CARE™ represents a monumental shift, scaling clinical AI in a way that hasn’t been done before — with the ability to unify insights from imaging, labs, vitals and clinical notes across numerous disease states. It delivers unparalleled efficiency gains, drives consistent AI triage performance and provides a holistic view of the patient condition.

Aidoc Analytics: AI Impact at Your Fingertips
We also introduced Aidoc Analytics, a built-in, self-serve tool that transforms how leaders govern, evaluate and scale AI across the enterprise. A seamless dashboard and continuous monitoring enables transparent views into AI performance, adoption and clinical impact.

Health systems are already benefitting from this enterprise-grade analytics solution. Fernando Collado-Mesa, MD, FSBI, Associate Vice Chair of AI Research and Ethical Use at the University of Miami Health System shared, “We tried to do this work internally, and it was extremely painful. This platform gave us what we needed without burning time and resources.

Real-World Clinical Impact: Stories from the Frontlines

The most compelling stories of 2025 came directly from clinicians who use Aidoc every day to improve efficiency that results in better patient outcomes. Here are a few impactful stories we’ve heard from customers this year:

  • At Lehigh Valley Health Network, Aidoc helped transform urgent cardiovascular care by reducing time-to-treatment from hours to less than 30 minutes. 
  • In collaboration with Aidoc, the University of Miami Health System (UHealth) launched Point-of-Care AI Deployment (POC-AID), a first-of-its-kind initiative that delivers real-time AI insights immediately upon scan while the patient is still on-site, enabling faster interventions and a more responsive care experience. After deployment, they saw an 82.7% reduction in median turnaround time (TAT) for positive incidental pulmonary embolism (iPE) cases, from 383.6 minutes to 66.4 minutes.
  • At Jefferson Einstein, Aidoc helped increase appropriate intervention rates by 73.8%.
