Neomi Farkas

Neomi Farkas has over 15 years’ experience in human resources, most recently at Healthy.io where she was Chief of HR for three-and-a-half years supporting the company through growth and challenges. Previously, she led HR at Taboola, where she oversaw company growth from 25 to 1,000+ employees and led a global team of professionals in four locations, supporting more than 15 offices worldwide. Farkas has also consulted several startups on strategic HR. She holds an MSc in Management Science from Tel Aviv University, and is working toward a Doctorate of Business Administration researching the intersection of AI and HR.
