About this role

The IT Support Specialist is a member of Aidoc’s global IT team, responsible for supporting both local and remote employees. This Role Involves implementing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s software and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier-1 Technical support for local, remote, and outsourced staff as part of the global IT team.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues by phone, chat, or in-person support.
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and other peripheral devices.
Manage and maintain SaaS tools, optimizing their use across the organization.
Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
Act as a subject matter expert on various IT resources and topics.
Create and update IT documentation, including best practices, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
Provide IT training to employees.
Keep updated on relevant technologies.
Manage and track support tickets using the company’s ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Support/System Administrator.
Must have Hands-on experience in PC hardware repair and maintenance, including macOS, WindowsOS, Linux, O365 apps,
Experience managing Google Workspace, Azure, Okta, and MDM solutions.
Strong understanding of network and internet technologies, including TCP/IP.
Exposure to IT security concepts (e.g. EDR, VPN, encryption, malware protection). Proprietary and Confidential
Familiarity with Microsoft server products such as Windows Server and SQL Server.
Exposure to server virtualization technologies such as VMware.
Relevant experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) production environments, including private clouds and public clouds like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Strong commitment to ensuring tasks are proactively followed up and completed in a timely manner. ● Support-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global IT team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, presenting solutions that align with the company’s IT strategy and available resources.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft or similar IT certifications are preferred.
