Aidoc’s Product team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team. As the Clinical AI Product Manager, you will define our AI-enabled solutions in the Radiology, Neuroscience and Cardiovascular domains to assist physicians in optimizing and improving patient care and management. You will be in touch with key opinion leaders (KOL) in leading medical institutions across the world, work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, delivery, customer success and other teams across the organization and define product success metrics to support the company’s strategy and drive commercial success.
As the owner of all aspects of our clinical products' life cycle, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and interviewing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Defining product requirements based on customer feedback and market analysis.
- Establishing development and production timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Evolving the product over time based on user feedback and market trends.
- Building and maintaining the product roadmap to align with business goals.
You will also be involved in various product-related activities, including:
- Introducing new products to the market by defining requirements and overseeing product development programs.
- Assisting in defining return-on-investment analyses in collaboration with the business development teams.
- Collaborating with engineering and development teams to establish realistic time schedules.
- Developing comprehensive plans that integrate sales, marketing, business development, engineering, and production.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Supporting sales and marketing teams in their efforts to promote and sell the products.
- Conducting competitive analysis and translating the findings into actionable plans.
- Working closely with our customer success teams to assist in research initiatives conducted by our customers.
- 3+ years of relevant product management experience
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Life Science/Exact Sciences degree
- Proven project and program management skills
- Tech-savvy, data-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Top-notch presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advantage: PhD in Life Science/Exact Sciences
- Advantage: experience in medical imaging
- Advantage: Understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g. FDA)
