“If you build it, they will come — that is not true in healthcare,” Walach says. “You also have to prove the value of your technology and be able to extract it.”

That thinking has shaped Aidoc’s strategy from the beginning. Rather than try to force AI into outdated billing models, Aidoc focuses on impact by tracking key performance indicators for patients, providers and health systems. Value isn’t assumed; it’s measured. Not just in the headline moments but in overlooked opportunities like incidental findings.
