Talent Acquisition Specialist

About this role

You will be in charge of the full recruitment life cycle and have an opportunity to make a real impact on Aidoc’s success and growth. We’re looking for somebody who lives and breathes recruitment, who is highly motivated, innovative and driven by challenges.

Responsibilities will include:

  • End to end ownership of Aidoc’s recruiting processes, from CV screening to conducting in depth interviews, while monitoring the entire interviewing process
  • Establishing an effective cooperation with the hiring managers and motivating them to succeed
  • Creatively sourcing candidates on multiple channels
  • Creating employer brand awareness (using ads, events, etc) together with the marketing team
  • Making sure that each candidate, regardless of hire, has a unique and positive experience

We are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition / recruiting specialist in the hi-tech world – must
  • Excellent grasp of technical terms and roles, past experience working on highly technical roles such as Algorithm Engineer, Software Engineer, etc.
  • Proven sourcing skills on various social and professional networks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces, with a high level of English
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
  • Advantage for:
    • Familiarity with technological units and courses in the IDF
    • Prior experience working with ATS (application tracking system) and other HR software
