You will be in charge of the full recruitment life cycle and have an opportunity to make a real impact on Aidoc’s success and growth. We’re looking for somebody who lives and breathes recruitment, who is highly motivated, innovative and driven by challenges.
Responsibilities will include:
- End to end ownership of Aidoc’s recruiting processes, from CV screening to conducting in depth interviews, while monitoring the entire interviewing process
- Establishing an effective cooperation with the hiring managers and motivating them to succeed
- Creatively sourcing candidates on multiple channels
- Creating employer brand awareness (using ads, events, etc) together with the marketing team
- Making sure that each candidate, regardless of hire, has a unique and positive experience
