Working closely with product management teams, as well as digital marketing and sales, the Senior Director of product marketing will build a team to manage and execute the following: messaging and positioning, market and competitive analysis, content strategy, corporate marketing and communications, analyst and public relations.

About this role

  • Develop messaging and positioning founded on market and buyer insights

  • Plan and manage the content strategy for sales enablement, thought leadership and customer retention including content management tools and methodology

  • Own corporate brand, public and analyst relations

  • Drive competitive analysis and market research, and report back to the product and business on required changes

  • Lead a team of product marketers

  • Develop messaging and positioning founded on market and buyer insights

  • Plan and manage the content strategy for sales enablement, thought leadership and customer retention including content management tools and methodology

  • Own corporate brand, public and analyst relations

  • Drive competitive analysis and market research, and report back to the product and business on required changes

  • Lead a team of product marketers

We are looking for

The ideal candidate understands startup company dynamics, has worked in matrixed environments and knows how to get things done, have a strong entrepreneurial sensibility, with a passion for delivering value in the form of sales enablement tools and/or great marketing campaigns driven by a rich understanding of the customer.

  • Minimum 15 years related experience in and knowledge of software product marketing, to a global audience, with an advantage to launching and driving B2B sales of software solutions to the Healthcare  market
  • A strong leader with 5+ years of managerial experience of high growth, diverse teams

  • Experience and enthusiasm in content writing, have demonstrated passion for taking the complex and making it sellable with influencers and buyers. Has led sales training and spoken at events – specifically has written PPT content and PR content.

  • Data Driven: knows how to use data to drive positioning of products, proactively troubleshoot, solve problems and make informed decisions. Expertise in collecting, analyzing and internal sharing of competitive intelligence.

  • Player-coach, willing to roll up your sleeves and execute. Self-motivated, creative,innovative and analytical

  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • English mother tongue
