We are looking for our first Talent Attraction Partner to break the mold of traditional recruiting and work to find those exceptional candidates at the right place and the right time!

We are looking for our first Talent Attraction Partner to break the mold of traditional recruiting and work to find those exceptional candidates at the right place and the right time!  

About this role

  • Identify, engage, and creatively attract top talents for our most strategic positions through various sourcing channels while using and implementing effective sourcing tools.
  • Drive top of the funnel lead generation in Israel via messaging and cold calling 
  • Taking the candidate experience to the top – making sure that each candidate has the best, unique and positive experience.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders – talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates and collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Growing our talent pool database for current and future growth.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Management with 1 year of experience as Sales Development Representative OR at least 1 year of experience as a Sourcing specialist from a recruitment agency (big advantage for 1+ years of experience from the Hi-Tech industry).
  • Proven project management experience and a goal-driven approach
  • Native Hebrew speaker with excellent English ll both written and spoken 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders in a highly dynamic environment.
  • A team player and people passionate.
  • Believe in the “Can-do” approach, driven by success and results oriented. 
  • Excellent grasp of technical terms, past experience working on technical roles – an advantage
