We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for the Western US.

About this role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the product line to hospitals and/or independent radiology practices in your assigned territory. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive sales strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics themselves.

This position focuses on securing sales of Aidoc solutions across the Southwest. You will work closely with engineering, operations, marketing and support teams to understand and bolster sales. You will have a strong understanding of our customers’ objectives, and communicate solutions accordingly.

Success in this position requires exceptional client service and consultative sales skills; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for achieving results. Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in sales of radiology /PACs software.

You will:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Become a sales advocate and product specialist
  • Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to process feedback and adjust plans accordingly

  • 5+ years of experience with radiology or imaging sales
  • Experience with SaaS products in a high tech startup
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high- pressure situations
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
