The Sales Engineer is responsible for presenting the technology and capabilities of Aidoc services to existing and prospective customers. They work with the sales team to technically advise on the capabilities and implementation requirements. It is the SE’s responsibility to explain the technical and functional aspects of the Aidoc solution and service. The SE will be deeply knowledgeable on all technical aspects and capabilities of the Aidoc solutions. This ensures a high level of customer satisfaction, as a sales engineer will be prepared for any / all technical issues.
The SE demonstrates the appropriate Aidoc solution features and workflows in the form of customized product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) evaluations. The SE also educates customers on Aidoc’s professional services offerings and develops statements of work (SOWs) for services engagements. As a senior resource, the SE is expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all of the Aidoc solutions, or on specific areas of technology.
