Aidoc is looking for a team lead to build our newly formed Product Analytics team in the Product group, based in the Tel Aviv HQ.
As the Product Analytics team lead, you will lead the team that will serve as analytics experts to the Product team to grow our data-driven Product approach. You’ll make key recommendations to the Product team as well as other groups such as Design, Research, and Engineering.

As the Product Analytics team lead, you will lead the team that will serve as analytics experts to the Product team to grow our data-driven Product approach. You’ll make key recommendations to the Product team as well as other groups such as Design, Research, and Engineering.

About this role

  • High degree of technical abilities to conduct complex analytical projects in all stages, including scoping research questions according to the defined product success metrics, exploring and evaluating new datasets, and developing new tools.
  • Explore behavioral product data to find actionable insights, identify client pain points, and improve product conversion.
  • Work with product managers to create full cycle analysis that includes test & validation of product and feature KPIs, to allow further feature planning
  • Implement success metrics for new features and products, including A/B testing
  • Design monitoring heuristics for new features that will be passed to the Technical Operations team
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the Analytics team including prioritization, project assignment, project pipeline, workload management and risk management.
  • Manage team members, including training and personal development of the team members and developing new methodologies and analytical offerings.

We are looking for

  • Academic degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, economics) or a scientific discipline demonstrating excellent analytical skills
  • Significant experience in an analytical role
  • Proven team lead experience
  • Advanced skills in at least one analytical programming language (e.g Python, R)
  • Experience using data visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
  • Great presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, including supporting and teaching other team members
  • Experience articulating product questions, pulling data from databases (SQL), and using statistics and data-driven methodology to provide answers to research questions
  • Advantage: experience in the healthcare industry
  • Advantage: hands-on experience with algorithm development, ML
