We are looking for a  highly motivated Office & HR Admin to join our happy growing family as part of our Admin team.

  • Be the face of our company and it all starts at our office front desk
  • Provide excellent experience to every employee and every visitor.
  • Take part in executing welfare activities 
  • Coordinate interviews with our candidates and the hiring managers
  • Manage the office supplies and orders
  • Take part in our office maintenance 
  • Supporting senior managers with calendar management

We are looking for

  • Ability to work in shifts 5 days a week (8:00-15:00/13:00-20:00) 
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written in English and Hebrew.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work in shifts 5 days a week (8:00-15:00/13:00-20:00)
