About this role

We are looking for the first People Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team and become a meaningful partner in the establishment of the HR domain at Aidoc.
You will play a key role in the formation of the People team, in its deep purpose of enabling the growth and success of the company.
The People Business Partner will report to the Head of HR.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead various HR activities along the employee lifecycle while establishing the highest HR standards that align with the business strategy and needs
  • Provide end-to-end HR support, including designing from the ground up HR programs, processes, policies and infrastructure, and implementing them
  • Proactively support the department’s scale up journey, lead organizational changes with determination and sensitivity
  • Maintain both a strategic and tactical HR perspective to proactively tailor effective and flexible HR solutions
  • Be a trusted partner for Aidoc people and managers and provide them with the right guidance
  • Get inspired by Aidoc values, culture and unique DNA and incorporate those in your creation process.
  • Create HR solutions jointly with the people, for the people (co-creation approach)

We are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as HR/People business partner from a fast growing hi-tech company, experience at a large organization -advantage
  • Profound knowledge in the various HR domains, including OD & learning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, wellbeing, etc.
  • Tremendous passion to impact, build, make people in the company happy and satisfied. 
  • A person who is bold and isn’t afraid to do things differently. Curious, with a strong passion for constant learning, proactive with a “can-do” approach.
  • Ability to understand business needs and initiate HR activities accordingly
  • Ability to develop strong and healthy relationships with a variety of stakeholders within the organization
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze and generate insights based on it 
  • Excellent English – speaking and writing
