The Director of Enterprise Solutions’ will play a key role in accelerating Aidoc’s commercial growth and crafting Aidoc’s enterprise solutions strategy.
You will support Aidoc’s commercial teams during sales, implementation, and upselling processes by identifying the areas of value Aidoc’s solutions can provide to the client, tailoring the right solution suite, and educating and engaging the applicable prospective clients.
The areas covered include physician workflows, enterprise implementations, financial ROI, custom capabilities, and technology details. The Director of Enterprise Solutions will report to the VP of Business Development, be the first person in the function which is expected to grow quickly, and work with internal and external colleagues to deeply understand our prospective client’s specific problems to collaboratively drive Aidoc’s business growth.

About this role

We are searching for an exceptional strategic thinker and problem solver, who can work closely with product and technical teams and is comfortable navigating executive-level relationships within large healthcare organizations.
Given our expanding client base, the ideal candidate must be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
You will work cross-functionally—with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Implementations among other teams. If you are successful, lives will be saved, patients will receive better medical treatment, more enterprise clients will adopt our solutions, see a return on investment, and Aidoc will realize significant business growth. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the scaling phase of a company.

  • Craft commercial approaches and solution architectures for strategic clients to address their enterprise needs and drive Aidoc’s commercial goals
  • Work cross-functionally to synthesize key insights and client learnings to create segment-specific narratives in terms of both the overall organization and the specific functions
  • Develop the go-to-market motion for Aidoc’s latest and greatest solutions, and scale growth in partnership with Product and Sales.
  • Iteratively translate Aidoc’s product roadmap into new client segments’ needs and use cases, and vice versa – work with Product to adjust Aidoc’s product roadmap according to the market opportunities and with Marketing to develop the relevant messaging and content
  • Expand Aidoc’s ecosystem partnership strategies to rapidly scale its AI platform, maximize revenue organically and inorganically
  • Identify the key levers for growth and pursue such business opportunities including across adjacent market segments such as pharma, clinical trials, and payors

We are looking for

  • At least 4-8 years in a client-facing role and track record of managing projects with high-level enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and solve complex, undefined problems
  • Ability to concisely communicate compelling narratives to different types of executive audiences, and hold an intelligent discussion on unexpected topics
  • An analytical attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Interest to learn and get into the details with Product or Implementation
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Operates well in ambiguity, and does not require heavy direction to optimally achieve their day-to-day goals
  • Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Experience in consulting, SaaS solutions, and/or analytics
  • Healthcare intuition is important, but healthcare experience is not required
  • Willingness to travel
