Aidoc is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for supporting all our go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will run internal operations, support day-to-day priorities, and lead key strategic projects that are pivotal to the success of the sales team.
This is a fast paced and collaborative role that requires someone with a natural ability to build strong, trusting partnerships across the organization and drive progress on key initiatives, cross-functional projects, and effective communications on behalf of the CRO. As the CRO’s "trusted counsel" this role will work closely with the sales organization and the CRO’s direct reports to communicate changes in prioritization and decision-making efficiently. This requires a highly resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment requiring strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing industry. You will act as a proxy to leadership in order to drive optimized business outcomes.
