About this role

Aidoc is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for supporting all our go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will run internal operations, support day-to-day priorities, and lead key strategic projects that are pivotal to the success of the sales team. 


This is a fast paced and collaborative role that requires someone with a natural ability to build strong, trusting partnerships across the organization and drive progress on key initiatives, cross-functional projects, and effective communications on behalf of the CRO. As the CRO’s "trusted counsel" this role will work closely with the sales organization and the CRO’s direct reports to communicate changes in prioritization and decision-making efficiently. This requires a highly resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment requiring strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing industry. You will act as a proxy to leadership in order to drive optimized business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the CRO to ensure prioritization and maintain progress against plan for all key objectives and responsibilities
  • Provide project leadership on special projects for the sales team
  • Play a core organizational strategic and facilitative role
  • Provide thought leadership to the CRO on strategy, operations and critical business matters
  • Support content creation and development for internal and external purposes, such as executive and Board presentations and key sales meetings for strategic accounts
  • Proactively identify and elevate critical issues
  • Support sales operations and analysis to develop key insights and drive strategy
  • Maintain a strong team and company culture

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience with a deep track record of formulating and driving business strategy, preferably in a tech environment that is growing and scaling rapidly
  • MBA, strategy or management consulting experience is ideal
  • Strategic experience in general operations, business operations, project management, finance, or sales
  • A self-starter solving problems and driving action in a fast-paced environment: navigating ambiguity and complexity to deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills, you’re motivated to dive into the data to understand different facets of the business and identify key trends and actionable insights
  • Outstanding project management and execution skills coupled with strong business judgment 
  • Desire and willingness to help out wherever needed, no matter the size of the task, with creative thinking, attention to detail, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong personal presence 
  • A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders and are confident in supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the business, at all levels of the organization up to 
  • Experience partnering with C-Suite executives
