About this role

As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Aidoc, you will have the opportunity to build (hire, manage, mentor) a world-class Revenue operations team capable of supporting a hyper-growth organization. This role is perfect for someone who is energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is highly analytical, and is adept at using data to prove/disprove hypotheses and to surface opportunities for improvement. Day to day, you’ll work closely with your operations team, the revenue leadership team, revenue enablement, and cross-functional business partners. While doing so, you should be comfortable navigating ambiguity to arrive at a positive outcome while remaining agile in your operating approach. Being comfortable making swift progress, rather than holding out for perfection, will be one of the keys to your success in this role and to drive transformational change in the business.

Responsibilities

  • This role will have a huge impact on the business right from the start - as the critical partner for Revenue leadership, enabling revenue acceleration and growing sales efficiency by developing a revenue delivery team strategy, providing best practice methodologies, leaner processes, and industry-leading sales and account management tools.
  • Lead the Revenue Operations function, including a growing team of 4, empowered to drive effectiveness and execute against Aidoc’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead the Revenue team’s forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - while establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of quarterly OKRs for the Revenue organization, including BOD reporting.
  • Manage the sales and revenue planning process including territory assignment, sales quotas, and compensation.
  • In collaboration with sales leadership, design and administer incentive commission plans that reinforce Aidoc’s strategy, including a strong move towards high-quality revenue.
  • Proactively make recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, and quota assignments in order to maximize sales productivity.
  • Build and lead a comprehensive sales enablement program and initiatives.
  • Manage Customer Renewal processes.
  • Prioritizes investments and manages external vendors and partners in order to optimize technologies in support of Aidoc’s go-to-market strategy, including recommending changes and enhancements to Salesforce.com and all other elements of the Revenue Tech stack.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal departments including marketing, finance, legal, and R&D in order to ensure alignment and improve collaboration.
  • Manage over Quote to Cash process in concert with Finance.

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales/revenue operations experience, with the last 2+ years in a leadership capacity at a technology or hyper-growth company.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments, and senior leadership.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies to grow revenue.
  • Strong financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks.
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries will be a bonus
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced level certifications preferred.
