About this role

Aidoc is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support of a complex and confidential nature to several C- and VP-level executives.


In this high visibility role, you will be a central point of contact for internal partners, external customers and senior leadership.


The person in this role will support executives based across the US, and will need to be available during professional hours across the US time zones. Also, while Aidoc is a remote-first company, this role will be located in the NYC metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior-level executives
  • Manage complex internal and external scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and global travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Demonstrate business acumen and organizational savvy in effectively prioritizing and managing requests, and anticipating and being proactive in dealing with challenges
  • Organize and logistically prepare for meetings, including occasionally in our NYC office
  • Maintain various records and documents

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to a VP- or C-level executive. Experience supporting multiple executives is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality, discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize, juggling multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • As a remote first company, we have executives in each US time zone. This role requires the flexibility to be available during work hours from east to west coast.
