We're looking to hire an experienced Director of Corporate Communications to join our team in the USA. You’ll be a key player on our Global Marketing Team driving awareness to Aidoc and our category through brand building and thought leadership activities, providing critical air coverage to our demand generation and sales teams. We're ideally looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, but also interested in defining and maintaining Aidoc’s brand and image in communication activities such as media appearances, press releases, and employee communications. The role can be based anywhere in the US and will report to the US-based VP Marketing.


About the role 

This role will lead Aidoc’s communications efforts and will develop and implement internal and external strategies for the organization to ensure unified, consistent, and positive messages that define and promote our corporate identity and mission. The role will also determine the communications strategy and execute programs that deliver communications objectives throughout Aidoc, ensuring that the public views the organization as a technology disruptor, with a special focus on prospective buyers, partners, investors and employees. You will also partner with other teams internally to support their internal and external communication activities.




  • Manage the public relations function, including driving overall strategy, and managing our PR agency relationships
  • Develop thought leadership content that will build our category and brand
  •  Develop and maintain relationships with key analysts and influencers, including the development of joint marketing and thought leadership content with them
  • Own the brand awareness and audience engagement strategy through our social channels, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Create rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines
  • Develop branding initiatives to evangelize Aidoc’s mission externally
  • Manage company brand and reputation
  • Develop delivery and packaging plans for corporate messages
  •  Develop internal communications in conjunction with other internal teams
  • Oversee customer marketing and customer advocacy


  • Master’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B enterprise software
  • Outstanding storytelling skills – specifically around brand creation and amplification
  • Leadership skills and good business acumen
  • Strong strategic problem solver with the ability and the skills to see the bigger picture as well as understanding the details across clients and campaigns
  • Organizational skills to supervise and implement multiple projects simultaneously to handle priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, proactive and takes initiative
  • Results driven -  independently and as a member of a team
