About this role

The People Operations Specialist will work closely with our growing People and Talent Acquisition teams to support the people-focused programs aimed to create a great employee experience. Reporting into the Sr. HR Manager, the People Operations Specialist will provide support across a large range of HR-related projects and play an integral role in building our HR department from the group up.

This is a remote role to be filled in from the Eastern US.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting all core People processes including but not limited to, onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, recruitment, employment verifications, and more.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date HR records, while leveraging Aidoc’s ATS and HRIS.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of new process workflows and procedures, as necessary.
  • Contributing to an inclusive culture where all employees feel they belong by providing administrative and operational support on engagement and recognition initiatives, company-wide events, learning and development programs.
  • Providing support on office and vendor management tasks, as necessary.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and additional projects based on the team’s needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience within human resources or operations; experience working in a high growth global start-up highly desired.
  • Experience maintaining electronic employee files and utilizing an ATS and HRIS for data management.
  • Ability to manage processes from a global perspective.
  • A data-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills.
