About this role

As Aidoc’s first Talent Acquisition Partner in the US, you will be part of the global talent acquisition team and you will lead the recruitment process for various roles across the different business lines: Sales, Marketing, CS, Support and G&A. You will work closely with our hiring managers and support the recruitment needs as we rapidly grow. The position is remote to be based in the Eastern US and reports to Aidoc’s Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.

This is a remote role best filled in from the Eastern US.


  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes with a high impact on the business
  • Identify, attract and engage top talents with creative sourcing techniques
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to keep the TA team well-informed on current market conditions.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy
  • Executing the sourcing strategy: researching, shortlisting, interviewing, and presenting candidates
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates continuously informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in order to share best practices effectively using reporting and data to update, inform, and influence all conversations
  • Build an active pool of candidates to meet our future hiring goals
  • Update and maintain accurate information within the ATS 
  • Diligently seek to create state-of-the-art recruitment and sourcing practices, that would best fit Aidoc’s growth needs and culture


  •   8 + years of experience as a TA in a tech company.
  •   5 + years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent.
  • Advantage - experience in a hyper-growth company or in a scale-up process
  • Strong sourcing skills; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and variety of job boards: Glassdoor, BuiltIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, AngelList, etc.. 
  • Ability to consult, influence, and support hiring managers
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior management, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Creative attitude, ability to translate experience into a new and unique environment, as well as bring ideas and creative solutions, roll out recruitment and employee branding programs
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership strong communication skills - Ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Data-driven approach - the ability to report and analyze hiring processes
  • Genuine team player, we are in an ego-free environment with the intention to achieve much more together as a team
