About this role

This position is an opportunity for both experienced DevOps Engineers as well as Software Engineers who see their next career step in a customer-facing position that significantly leverages their experience. On the intersection between the product and customers, the goal of this position will be to maximize the value that the customer receives from Aidoc, by having a deep understanding of how the customer works as well as how our solution fits into the customer's workflow. 


  • Design and develop automation tools to support the scale efforts of the deployment of our solution to our customers.
  • Work with customers to plan and design the Aidoc solution within the customer’s environment according to their specific needs and constraints.
  • Develop product extensions to support customers’ needs.
  • Lead the technical process of complex solution architectures end-to-end.
  • Become Aidoc’s solution and product expert; Represent the R&D teams while making solution/architecture decisions with customers to maximize our value.
  • Serve as the company's source of knowledge for Healthcare IT services, systems, and integrations.
  • Improve product feature offerings by collecting, synthesising, and sharing customer feedback with internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Work in a unique professional culture, championing close work between Dev, Product and Customer Success, and other key stakeholders in the company.


  • Previous experience in one or more of the following roles:
  • Software Engineer 
  • DevOps Engineer
  • Automations Engineer
  • Solid programming and scripting skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
  • Good understanding of IT field: servers, networking and secured architectures 
  • People person and team player
  • A “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Knowledge & experience working with production systems, in cloud environments and on-premises
  • Ability to dive into the depths of many technological domains and have the ability to be highly detail-oriented and thorough while maintaining and providing a comprehensive perspective of the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Former position in the healthcare industry, and healthcare IT systems and services.
  • Experience with DICOM, HL7, and FHIR protocols, as well as PACS, RIS, EHR systems.
  • DevOps experience (Writing scripts, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Professional coding experience in Python
